so considering the average price is about 1,000.00 per person for 5 -7 days, including meals and diving (3-4 dives a day) looks pretty tempting. evidently anemone reef is one of the top dive sites in the world...

for those of you who don't know rob had to fix our dive boat one day when we got stuck out on a dive. just goes to show a good man's work is never done (or he was sucking up to try to get a caribbean job, hmmm)

first post

jim and i wanted to set this up for our families to weigh in on next years vacation. it has always been our dreams as well as ron and dawns to have our families travel together at least once a year. so, all of you who got this announcement, we would love to have you! what we want to do is have people post ideas for scuba/sun vacations for next year and the years to come, we would like this to become a tradition for our families to join when they can or want to.  post links, photos, suggestions, questions etc. so we can all work on places to go. eventually we will vote on the place, and provided it is affordable to everyone then off we go! 

as you know we have made several trips with ron and dawn. some have been expensive some not so expensive, some had lots of activities and some had almost none. please keep in mind as you post locations, and ideas that not everyone will want to dive, and not everyone will share the same interests or finances. when you do a posting on a place please do the research on the costs to get there, be there, eat there and what to do there so we have a good idea of how the vacation will fit everyone.

we are starting this a year or so before we plan on traveling so everyone has time to save money, search under the sofa cushions for spare change etc. or, maybe even sell some stock, haha. whatever it takes we would love to have all of you on any of the trips in the future.
